Epson’s Return for Repair (Extended Depot) Warranty is a service program designed to provide you with continued repair coverage for one year beyond the standard one-year warranty period (for example, selecting “2-Year Return for Repair Warranty – EPPCWC4000R1” will extend the warranty period by one additional year for a total of 2 years of warranty coverage). Return for Repair service covers failures due to defects in materials and workmanship during the term of the agreement. No renewal of extended service is available after expiration of your fifth-year plan or if your current plan expires.

Epson’s Spare-In-The-Air printer exchange program is an extremely affordable service solution for companies that cannot afford to have their systems out of service for longer than 24 hours. This quick, overnight replacement warranty program bridges the gap between the turn-around time of depot repair and the higher cost of on-site service. Make one phone call to Epson and a replacement* unit is express shipped overnight to arrive the next day. Then just return the damaged unit to Epson. It’s that easy. And shipping both ways is paid for by Epson. No renewal of extended service is available after expiration of your fifth-year plan or if your current plan expires.
