The LabelMill LM1012LL Label Applicator is a Loose Loop Interface to Thermal Desktop & Color Inkjet Printers which features fast, easy changeover to meet a variety of labeling needs. Using the unique rail-mounted modules, the LabelMill 1012LL can serve as a round product applicator, label dispenser, tamp applicator and flag applicator. Because this unit can do them all, there is no need for additional units for each type of application. Change over from one application to another in five minutes or less. The LM1012LL is built for heavy-duty industrial use. The integrated operator interface makes changeover and control adjustments quick and easy!

Apply only, or connect to the Epson Colorworks 6000A, or the Epson Colorworks 6500A to Print and Apply labels (Printer Not Included)
Apply labels to round and cylindrical containers from .5″ up to 3.5″ (1-gallon module upgrade available)
Easy to Operate: An operator will insert a product onto the product carriage, activate the labeling cycle with a push button or foot pedal input device, and remove the product.

Description

The LabelMill LM1012TTS is a microprocessor-controlled, variable speed, heavy-duty industrial table-top label application system. Label dispensing speeds up to 1400 linear inches of label web per minute combined with exceptional label position repeatability. Automatic feed on label removal. Outboard-supported drive roller to minimize vibration-induced label misplacement. Heavy-duty hybrid-servo motor drive. Hardened steel peeler plate for reduced wear. Adjustable label sensor for expediting changeover without sacrificing accuracy. The LM1012TTS will accept a wide variety of label sizes without the need for part changes. This system can be quickly and easily configured to meet your labeling needs. There is no need for multiple machines with this design. The unique rail-mounted application modules make changeover from one module to another in 5 minutes or less.
