The Afinia DLF-220S Digital Label Finisher is a compact, tabletop all-in-one plotter-style label finishing system that can convert labels into finished rolls, ready for application without the need for physical dies. Afinia’s DLF-220S can unwind, laminate, digitally contour cut, remove waste material, slit, and rewind in one simple process to create professionally finished labels. This solution is perfect for on-demand, short-run label finishing. Cut paths can be varied as often as desired, giving users the flexibility to create any label shape, on the fly. The DLF 220S is designed to handle label rolls up to 8.86" (225 mm) wide. Allows for label roll unwinding, laminating for durability, digitally die-cutting, and removing excess label material around each printed label. Includes a slitter and rewinder offering you everything to cut and finish printed rolls of labels professionally. The DLF-220S is designed to digitally finish printed rolls from printers such as the Afinia L801 Color Label Printer or the Afinia L901 Industrial Color Label Printer.

The system provides a very accurate label-finishing solution using cutting plotter technology with reduced dimensions. This allows you to cut different types of materials and shapes on the fly without the added cost of dies. Custom label widths up to 7.87" (200 mm) wide. Cutting speeds up to 24" per second (600 mm/s). Compatible with label and lamination media with a thickness of less than 0.25 mm (10 mils).
