LabelMoto®

LabelMoto LDX6050 High-Speed Electric Label Dispenser: a reliable, accurate dispenser for labels up to 7" in width and 6" in length, capable of peeling labels and of several kinds of materials like vinyl, acetate, foam, and foil at 3.3" per second. With features like an automatic waster rewinder and a workbench mount, the LabelMoto LDX6050 allows for your workspace to become tidier and more efficient.

The LabelMoto® LDX6100 SuperSpeed Electric Label Dispenser is designed for wider packaging type labels made of paper, vinyl, acetate, polyester, foam, foil, and other materials, up to 7" in width, and can dispense these at 6.6" (168mm) per second. Additionally, the LabelMoto LDX6100 supports core sizes between 1 and 3 inches, a roll diameter of up to 12", and can also be mounted on a workbench to improve the operator experience.

LabelMoto® LDX8100 High-Speed Electric Label Dispenser: Especially designed for dispensing longer labels, the LabelMoto LDX8100 automatically peels and advances material up to 12" long in a variety of materials such as polyester, vinyl and acetate. The LabelMoto LDX8100 also features an adjustable strip plate for hard-to-release labels, support for labels up to 5" wide, and can rewind waste material once a label has been peeled.

LABELMATE LD-100-RS Label Dispenser is a portable machine that can present and advance opaque labels of any kind of material, up to 4.5" in width. Also available in stainless steel for kitchen applications.

LABELMATE LD-200-RS Label Dispenser is a portable machine that can present and advance opaque labels of any kind of material, up to 6.5" in width. Also available in stainless steel for kitchen applications.

What are Label Dispensers?

Label dispensers are machines that remove a label from its backing, or liner. Then, typically, an operator manually takes the label and applies it to a product.

Dispensers allow for a more accurate label application every time and also speed up the labeling process. Label dispensers have many uses. Imagine how many items you purchase that have labels, almost everything! Those labels were either applied by a machine or by hand, and most likely were peeled from the backing paper using some sort of label dispenser. Types of Label Dispensers

There are several types of label dispensers, including manual, semi-automatic, and fully automated dispensers. A manual dispenser is a hand-operated machine, wherein an operator pulls the label roll around a plate, which separates the label from its backing. Semi-automatic label dispensers speed up the label application process by automatically moving the roll of labels on the dispenser, using a sensor to start and stop the movement of the roll, allowing the operator to simply pick up and apply the label. Fully automated systems are part of label applicators, which both dispense and apply the labels to products.

Today, there are many variations of label dispensers available, with stainless steel dispensers for medical, dairy, and food production environments and durable dispensers for industrial settings.
