We now offer several stock sizes of Fanfold Label Material and can also provide any custom-size label to meet your requirements. Our stock sizes that are Matte BOPP and BS509 compliant are 8.375″ x 5.875″ (2,000 per case), 8.375″ x 10.875″ (1,000 per case), 8.375″ x 13.875″ (1,000 per case), 4″ x 4″ (2,000 per case), 4″ x 6″ (1,000 per case), and 4″ x 8″ (1,000 per case). We also carry standard Matte BOPP material, at 8.375″ x 5.875″ (2,000 per case), 8.375″ x 10.875″ (1,000 per case), 8.375″ x 13.875″ (1,000 per case), 4″ x 4″ (2,000 per case), 4″ x 6″ (1,000 per case), and 4″ x 8″ (1,000 per case). We also offer GHS/BS5609 Material Sheets that are waterproof and resistant to chemicals, abrasion, UV, water, tearing, and extreme temperatures. Our sheets come in three sizes: 8.375″ x 5.375″ (2,000 Labels Per Case), 8.375″ x 10.875″ (1,000 Labels Per Case), and 8.375″ x 13.875″ (1,000 Labels Per Case). Matte BOPP: This label material is plastic-based with a special inkjet receptive coating that locks in ink, allowing exceptional print quality. These labels are excellent for a wide variety of products and conform to the shape in which they are placed. This makes them perfect for applications with curved surfaces such as drums or pails. These are some of our most highly water and abrasion-resistant labels, specifically designed with adhesives for labeling all types of chemical drums and other rough surfaces. When used with our certified printing equipment using Epson, HP or NeuraLabel pigment inks, it has passed BS5609 testing standards for drum label sections 2 and 3.

Both the LP654C and LP844C offer compliance-friendly durability as the toner is fused into the substrate using heat and pressure, making the print highly resistant to water, chemicals, and UV exposure. This helps in meeting BS 5609 Part 3 requirements for seawater immersion and print legibility of GHS Chemical Labels. The printer is compatible with Durable Media and many synthetic materials (polyester, vinyl, polypropylene), which are designed for BS 5609-certified GHS labels, and are also optimized for laser printing. The Afinia L502 Color Label Printer is a ruggedly built industrial label printer ideally suited for printing GHS Chemical Labels. The L502 has been tested and certified to produce BS 5609-compliant labels when using its pigment-based inks. That means that prints meet the requirements for print permanence, resistance to seawater immersion (90 days), and UV resistance. This directly supports full regulatory compliance for chemical transport labels.  It supports a wide range of label media: synthetic substrates like polyester, polypropylene, and vinyls. It also handles different widths from 2" to 8.5 inches wide and large roll sizes up to 8 inches in outside diameter. This lets you use the kind of synthetic, tough media usually needed for BS 5609 labels.  The L502 offers high print resolution (up to ~4,800 dpi), which helps with sharp hazard symbols, fine text, and small safety instructions.
