Inkjet Paper and BOPP Badges

Inkjet Paper and BOPP Badges are an affordable solution for all businesses, schools, universities, and organizations needing to quickly print high-quality ID badges. Inkjet Paper and BOPP badges provide a stunning, high-end look for any design, photo-quality imagery, and high-resolution printing to show your brand to the world.

The standard badges come in a 4" x 12" size with three different materials. The badges come in Gloss Paper, Matte Paper, Gloss BOPP, and Matte BOPP. The 4" x 12" badges come fan-folded in stacks of 500 labels, with perforations and timing marks, with a crease at six inches for folding into a double-sided 4" x 6" badge. Our Inkjet Paper and BOPP Badges are best used with our Epson C4000 Label Printer and the Epson C6000A Label Printer.

PVC Cards and Badges

Our PVC Cards and Badges are a fantastic solution for all your identification and marketing needs, whether your team needs durable credential materials, or if you need sturdy surfaces to complement high-end card designs, photo-quality imagery, and high-resolution printing made to boast your brand around the world; this is a line of materials ideal for Corporate IDs, Education carnets, Healthcare Coverage cards, Transportation/Trade Show passes, Retail/Loyalty memberships, or any application for a large group in need of the best.

Vivid Data Group features Canon printers for the production of amazing prints over PVC Cards and Badges at a moment’s notice. Our Canon CX-G2400 and CX-G6400 models provide full-coverage, 1200dpi resolution single-side printing; print 2-inch cards or 4-inch cards respectively in vivid colors and sharp graphics thanks to their dye-based inks, which allow for printing over plastic as well as paper. Additionally, if you need duplex printing, the Canon IX-R7000 can print on both sides of a card; print over-the-edge designs at either 72 (duplex) or 145 (single-side) cards per hour with 600dpi resolution while producing photo-quality images through a thermal retransfer sublimation process.

Vivid Data Group currently offers PVC Cards and Badges in two sizes:

5” x 3.5” with one, two, or no holes in the top for lanyards at 27 mils thickness
3.375” x 2.125” (a size also referred to as CR80) is industry-standard and is available in both 27 mils and 16 mils

Both sizes will work with the Canon CX-G6400, but the smaller size only works with the Canon CX-G2400. The 5.5" x 3.5" size is 100 per box, and the 3.375" x 2.125" is 250 per box.
