Epson has recently released a firmware update for the Epson Colorworks C4000 label printer. The Epson Colorworks C4000 New Firmware Release has been designed to allow for better blackmark detection specifically on Gloss material configured with a blackmark. If you are currently using a gloss label with a blackmark configuration, the new software will benefit your workflow by preventing blackmark detection errors from continuing to occur.
